The Firm initiates a lawyer-client relationship through a legal retainer. Should the need arise, the Firm readily commits to providing its retainer clients with prompt legal services. The Firm offers up-front fees without charging on a contingent fee basis.
In enforcing the stipulations of the legal retainer, the Firm ensures that its Legal Team is entitled to have and recover from its clients no more than a reasonable compensation for the services offered. As such, the Firm likewise maintains its clients' right to quality legal service in the retainer agreement without any unconscionable fees due to them.
